These guys do a great job. They cleaned the carpets so that they looked like new and were able to stretch out the carpeting and reattach it in a couple of places. They really did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again. They were prompt efficient and their prices are very fair.

I contacted Buddy at B and B Carpet Care just a few days before I was expecting my family for a visit from out of town. My carpets were in bad shape and they needed a good hard cleaning ASAP...and I have a dog with long black hair so you can just imagine... I had used Buddy and B and B in the past and didn't hesitate to contact him again. I called and spoke with Buddy who remembered me although it had been a few years since he had provided the previous service for me. He was professional, polite, listened attentively and understood immediately that I was in a jam with my family coming to visit and needed help on very short notice. We spoke on a Monday and he agreed to come on Tuesday! What a relief! Buddy and his assistant arrived timely and went straight to work. In fact they were a bit early! Because I was still moving furniture and articles out of the areas to be cleaned, they jumped right in to help. They helped me move the big couch out of the way and wasted no time getting things going. They were professional, knowledgeable and went straight about their business. Their equipment was clean and the result was top-notch. I will definitely use Buddy and B and B Carpet Care again. In fact, I have called them to schedule an after-family-visit clean up. Band B Carpet Cleaning arrived on time and worked on my very dirty carpets. By the time they left my carpets looked new! I have never had my carpets cleaned professionally, just doing by myself. No more, will use Band B every time. They moved all the furniture for me and replaced with Styrofoam pads under the heavy pieces. They were timely in their work and made sure I was completely happy with the job before they left - even left little booties for me to wear if I didn't want to walk on the carpet just yet!

Buddy arrived 5 minutes early and had already scoped out how to get his hoses up to the house by the time I got there. He started working right away and was done in under 2 hours.

I called them right before the Memorial Day weekend and they were able to clean my carpets the day after which was Tuesday. They were prompt arriving at 9:30 and even helped me gather my cats to place in the garage. They were careful with the furniture and thorough with cleaning all my carpet area. I never though they could get some of the stains out but they did and my carpet looks brand new.
I can't say enough about their professionalism and kindness. They really took their time to do a complete job and even gave me a free bottle of carpet cleaning solution. I will not only use them in the future but also will highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Overall Very well

This carpet cleaning experience wasn't like the others I've had in the past. I never got that gut wrenching feeling that this guy is in my home just posing as a carpet technician while casing the joint for his future felonious deed. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised. My technician, Buddy, was clean cut, well-mannered, and professional. He didn't waste anytime getting to work. Buddy called later that same evening to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Great customer service, honesty, and efficiency are the hallmarks of Band B Carpet Care Inc. They aren't cheep. But they're worth every penny!

My old carpet hasn't looked this good in years! I had a super experience with them, they are very professional and punctual. I have already recommended them to several friends. Their prices seem a little steep but they are well worth it. I mentioned that I found them on Angie's List and recieved 10% off.

The job went exceptionally well. They came with small Styrofoam pegs to lift chairs and other furniture off the floor. They also brought high powered fans to help dry everything out while they were cleaning. They took their time to finish the job and made sure that they did a very through job. They also made sure that they did not damage anything while they were working. They were very careful while they were working. They were so good that even if they were a little expensive I would not mind paying them because I know they do such a good job. I would use their services in the future too.

Amazing! I was so impressed with the work! I didn't think anything would take out the stains and replacing the carpet would have been very expensive. Randy cleaned, then dyed the spots and in 30 minutes my 10-year old carpet looked new! I will definately call this company for all my carpet cleaning needs.

Well; moved furniture and many boxes from moving in per agreement. Carpet smells of smoking and pets almost all removed as expected--nobody's capable of 1-pass removal.

Awesome Job! Band B Carpet Care and the staff were great. Buddy and Trey were prompt, professional and really took the time to ensure our tile and carpeted floors were cleaned as well as cleaning our couch. Everything looks, feels and smells brand new. We have hired other carpet cleaning services and they were in and out in less then 2 hours and it was hard to tell if the carpets really got cleaned. Band B took the time to go over every inch of flooring to ensure nothing was missed and they really cared about the work they do. Going to tell all my co-workers and friends to call Band B Carpet Care for all floor cleaning needs. Buddy was prompt and professional from the moment he arrived to provide an estimate and then again later to do the work. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and a hard worker.
