Robert was very prompt and performed the job quickly and very satisfactorily. He also inspected the lock on our front door and pronounced it in good shape. He is very easy to work with and we would definitely hire him again.

ABBA was to install an exterior lock for my rental property's patio sliding glass door. The existing handle worked fine; however they said the lock would not work with the existing handle even though they had installed one 5 years ago on a different apt's sliding door's exact same handle.  After spend at least 1.5 hours on the door and drilling holes the tech said he needed to purchase a new handle at Home Depot and return the next day. I agreed. When he returned the next day he install an obviously old handle, and installed it crooked, then presented me with a Home Depot receipt for approx. $50 saying I need to pay "him" cash for the "new" handle; not ABBA for the "new" handle.  When I asked him to show me the packaging he could not.  I asked why the handle he stalled was black and the receipt said it was white. He did not explain.  I told him I would take the receipt to Home Depot and confirm the SKU #.  It did not match up to the black handle he installed.  The handle he installed is a piece of junk and does not work correctly.  When I talked to ABBA - Annette & Rob Lucas (owner) - they have the details of the incident wrong.  I disputed it with CaptialOne and since I will not let ABBA back onto the property due to the extremely poor workmanship, "lies" of the tech, etc. CaptioalOne could not deny ABBA their payment as it is CapitalOne's policy that I give the vendor a change to "make it right"; I don't want them back. CapitalOne did reimburse me my money though due to the photos and 2nd opinion I sent to them.  So I am not out any money.  My ABBA experience was much more difficult and stressful than I have room to type here about. The handle is a mess now. Before they came I had a perfectly good workiing handle; I just wanted a lock added.  Now I have to spend time and money trying to get their botched job fixed.  I can send you photos if you like.  One of the worst service companyies I have ever had the unfortunate experience to use. PLEASE TAKE ABBA OFF YOUR LIST OF RECOMMENDED MERCHANTS!!!   Linda Diver
