Nicole's Cleaning Services

Under Nicole's direction, her crew has been cleaning my house for about 6 years. Their attention to detail is excellent and they follow special instructions well. I would hate to have to live without them.

I was amazed at how clean Nicole and her team were able to get the place and the appliances. It was so dirty, I didn't think it could be restored to anything that resembled clean. The stove, fridge, bathtub, etc looked great!

Very impressed by Nicole, owner. She came to check out and price the job, listened to concerns which included price. Her two people, Megan and Noelle were here early, very pleasant and efficient. We have 2 dogs, and within a very few minutes all dog odor was gone. They use toxin free products which make this small space smell wonderful. The floor looks brand new-they used a nifty grout cleaner on their hand and knees. Also a special product on glass shower doors which had water stains I could not remove. They worked entire 2 hours and let me know what else they would have done had they been paid for another 45 min to hour. Will definitely schedule them when we return here for vacation. Highly recommend Nicole and her people.

I like Nicole very much and the service she provides. I am mostly out of state so she cleans the house for my husband and her team does a great job. I trust her completely (gave her a key to the house) and she goes beyond what would ever be expected of her. Once I couldn't reach my husband and she went and checked on him for me and wouldn't take a dime for her time. I highly recommend Nicole's Cleaning Services.

Nicole and her workers do a great job, the best I have ever had. They have been working for me for about two and half years. They have been very flexible to using products I wants, more healthful and environmentally friendly. They are very responsive to my comments and critiques without being defensive. Nicole is great about screening her workers as honest and trustworthy. When upon a rare occasion, something has gotten broken, she and her team have been extremely responsible, though many times it's hard to say how something became damaged or broken. And, if I was cleaning my own house, I would certainly have my own accidents. When changes occur from week to week with team members or illness is at issue, she is very communicative. When dates have had to be missed from illness or for other reasons, she has been great about trying to work me and so I don't miss. Overall, I hope to always have people as great as she and her team.

She is punctual and honest. She can come to my house if I am no there and if she sees something wrong she will let me know.

Nicole and her team are awesome! They are hard workers and detail oriented. Nicole has great customer service and makes sure her customers are happy with their work. I have her come once a month to clean our house.

It went very well. It is the first time I have done this and I will absolutely do it again with Nicole. I really liked that they came with all their equiptment and four employees, which means they were only in our home for an hour and a half. Very non intrusive! Will have them again for sure.

It's all good - I appreciate the help and the hard work and I belive that Nicole appreciates the job and having a client that is willing to communicate in a positive manner. We work well together. I trust her and the staff she brings with her.

Nicole's Cleaning Services was on time, extremely thorough, friendly, and consistent in their ability to clean what was needed. They were especially good on the hard surfaces, such as hardwood floors and tiles. I continue to rely upon them.

My condo hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in years so their first visit required some additional labor so cost double but after that they have been cleaning it monthly and it has stayed fairly clean. They not only clean but do nice touches like polishing so my house sparkles after they have cleaned it.

I contacted Nicole to come help me get a handle on the cleaning of my apartment, which had gotten completely out of control. She came over and looked around and we agreed that she would start with the kitchen, living room and the full bathroom. She charged $150 and cleaned it from top to bottom. She did behind the stove, refrigerator, on top of the refrigerator, the floors, baseboards, underneath the furniture, the light fixtures (chandeliers and semi-flush light fixtures in kitchen and hall and bathroom. She was amazing. My apartment looked just like it did when I moved in, and I was the first person to live there after a major remodel. A few weeks later we added my bedroom and half bath, and she likewise got those rooms into shape. Now that everything is caught up, she charges just $75 per session and comes every other Wednesday. She does a great job, and makes little fans on the toilet paper rolls so I feel like I'm in a luxury hotel. She changes my sheets if I leave out new ones, and just takes charge of what needs to be done. All the grime between the glass and the wood on my living room tables?? Gone!! Nicole has inspired me to get fairly organized, and I am still working on getting that final room (my spare room, which is full of junk) organized and ready for living!
I highly recommend Nicole. She is awesome, trustworthy, on time, reliable, and you definitely get your money's worth.

Nicole has been cleaning my house in Arroyo Grande and my condo in Shell Beach for quite a while now. Service has not decreased in quality over time. They continue to do a careful job with attention to detail. Although they usually come on routine scheduled days, they have done their best to accommodate special scheduling needs, like when my business partner was coming to the condo right after my cousin, so we needed a special quick and thorough cleaning!
I LOVE that they can work independently and still do a great job! I've been looking for years for a good cleaning service. This one is the one I will stay with!

My husband and I live out-of-state and wanted to provide housekeeping services for our granddaughter's family during what was anticipated to be a lengthy hospital stay for our granddaughter. Not only was Nicole able to get our granddaughter's home scheduled in a timely manner, she has also allowed us to mail her a check after the cleaning has been completed. Nicole was very helpful in figuring out a way for us to provide cleaning and stay within a budget. She has been very professional in her dealings with us and has also demonstrated a kindness that is very much appreciated. We received a and quot;chatand quot; from our granddaughter who said the cleaning crew did a fabulous job. Kudos to Nicole and her crew.

I credit myself for finding Nicole here on Angie's List sometime before Thanksgiving but my wife gets the credit for hiring her and her crew. They do an excellent job of cleaning, take the job seriously, come on time...every time, are friendly and good spirited. My wife calls them the cleaning angels. They clean the whole house (tri-level) every other week and on the odd week they come and clean the floors only, which a must for us as we have two dogs that shed. They are dog people and so are careful to not let our dogs escape. We love Nicole and all of her crew! A real find on Angie's List and worth every penny!

They are excellent and she did a great job. She will respond to phone calls and text messages. Whenever I have contacted her to let her know, we are coming or getting ready to leave, she will let me know if she can or cannot do it. She has done it on short notice. She is real trustworthy.

They are extremely professional, up-beat, considerate, and competent. We are thrilled after having a previous not-so-great experience since moving to Arroyo Grande. Nicole asks all the right questions as she becomes familiar with the house.
The cost decreased after the initial and quot;move-in cleaningand quot;. At the end of the first visit she said she would bring a special product next time to try to improve the look of the cabinets. She did and they do! How they get the faucet in the bathroom to shine and how they get the counter tile in the bathrooms to gleam is beyond me.

Nicole and her team are now coming regularly to clean my house and also my vacation condo in Shell Beach. It was worth the fee to join Angie's List just to help find Nicole's Cleaning Service!!!!

We use her every 3 to 4 weeks. There are some parts of the house that we do not have her clean because we don't use them. She is responsive, honest, friendly, and punctual. They get right in and start cleaning. She will ask me to comment if there are things that were missed or something I want done differently. She also wants me to tell her if I want her to use different cleaning products.

On time started right away. New exactly whae to do.

She is excellent. She is my regular house cleaner. She is very thorough and honest. I gave her key to my house. I really like her a lot.
