Hiriarte's Gardening and Yard Work‎

This company's idea of cleaning your yard is to blow the debris into the neighbor's yard and then deny that they did it.  I have asked them directly to stop using their blower like that but, when they think I'm not looking, they just start doing it again.  The property owner lives in another city. This will be my third time having to call the owner to try and get Hiriarte to stop. The person who is paying them is ultimately responsible and, quite frankly, I am tired of being put in the position of having to make that call.  I would hate to have to take a neighbor to small claims court because of the actions of the company they hired. 
We have no problems with other neighbor's gardeners.

Arrived late for initial interview and for the day work was to start. After agreeing to an hourly rate in the initial interview, he switched to a flat price plus initial cleanup that, by his own estimate, would double the rate. Commented that he had to make a profit. We did not agree and terminated the relationship.

He is very responsible and the yard always looks nice when he is done.  I've never had a problem with him completing a job.  I have been using him for at least 3 years.  I recommend him to others.
