Exterior Painting
Jim Hunt - owner of Brilliant Painting - was one of the painting
contractors who put in a bid to do a painting job on one of our rentals. We selected him because his price was
reasonable and because he indicated he could do the job in a timely manner
inspite of the extensive prep work that would be necessary. When the job was complete, we were so pleased
with the work he and his crew did on our rental that we asked him to do
another painting job for us ? this one was an exterior painting job on a
farmhouse that had been built in 1925. Much prep work was necessary on this farmhouse as well as the prep work that was needed on our rental.
This review has to do with the painting job on that farmhouse. I'm pleased to be able to say that the farmhouse
painting job was completed in July and my family and I are just as pleased with that job as we
were with the painting job on our rental!
Jim is easy to work with, communicates well in person, by
phone, texting, or by email, is very reasonable in price, has a good work
ethic, preps and paints in an efficient manner, has a good sense of what looks
harmonious, and thoroughly cleans up after he completes the job. We found his crew to be of similar character
and ability. In short, we would
recommend Jim as a painting contractor for anyone needing a competent painter.
