The Daikin heat pump they installed broke fire the second time in less than 1 year since they installed it. Now they refuse to come fix it, they told me that they don't know what the issues is, and they hung up the phone on me. They refuse to honor the 12-year service warranty contract they sold me. When they came to try and figure out the issue their tech failed to write down the error code that was om my unit. He reset the unit and lost the code. Also, they failed to call Daikin support to ask for help, although I told them that the issue started immediately after I installed the Daikin app on a second phone. I called Daikin and they told me that that should have been the first thing the tech did, to contact them. A couple of months after the installed the unit, it broke down after a power outage. Fairview sent a tech, but he couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then the owner came with a manager and they told me that their techs had not installed the unit correctly in the first place and that was why it broke down.I'm stuck with a $24,000 system that barely blows any cold air and it won't cool my house down me than 2-3 degrees. Now I have to find another servicer who will accept my warranty and repair my system. Fairview has set appointments to come and diagnose the issue. Then they canceled saying the tech didn't have time to come in and told me that the owner would call me. It's been 2 weeks and no one called me. I called another servicer, paid them $185 for a diagnostic. They told me that the dampers need to be adjusted and the tech from the company that installed the unit should call Daikin and troubleshoot the issues. I sent the diagnostic to Fairview, but they refuse to do anything. I called them today and their employee, Jennifer, told me that there was nothing more they will do, that they don't know what's wrong with my unit. I told her that I would write reviews and she told me that that was illegal and she hung up on me.

Flawlessly! The team worked in a coordinated manner. The job was finished on time and all work areas were cleaned to our satisfaction.

They came out and told me what was wrong with the air conditioner. They have a fair price and I'd use them again if needed.

They're very reasonable, and very good. It's owner operated. I use them regularly. Usually just the owner comes out. He is exceptional to deal with. He's an A+.

This was my rental house and tenant called that the heater could not start. Called Fairview and got someone to come on the same day. It turned out it was just a hidden button that my  tenant did not know to turn on. The repair man was in and out in 5 min and later I was billed for $114. That included the service fee and a "maintenance check up". I never asked for a check up and no one call me before the check up (if they actually did it in 5 min) to discuss the cost. I later called to argue about this and was refund for $20. I though the service fee should cover the push of a button but did not expect a bill larger than the service fee.

My experience went very well. They were professional and friendly. I am pleased with the work provided. I found the pricing to be reasonable. They did have to come back twice to make sure the job was done correctly and the zoning mechanism was working properly. The zoning system is just amazingly effective and for the first time in thirty years cold air is now pumped into the second story of our home in a sufficient volume to cool the second story.  I would recommend this company to others.

The heating and air conditioning system was installed by fairview in 1998. They have been back twice a year since then for maintenance. Always on time and very professional.

Mr. Jerry arrived on time and completed the work efficiently.  He notified me when procedures might set off smoke alarms and unique initial smells of operation.  The cleaned up and removed all old parts, etc.

OVERALL I WAS OK WITH THE COMPANY, BECAUSE WE NEEDED THIS DURING THE WINTER SEASON, PRICE SEEMED WELL ABOVE AVERAGE. ALTHOUGH THEY WERE ONE OF THE FEW OUTFITS THAT COULD GET THE UNIT INSTALLED SOON.
