The light fixture had fallen in the middle of the night (Friday night) I called on Saturday while Bryan was doing a plumbing job in Oakland. He volunteered to come out on Sunday to check the job. He did and he provided an estimate for the entire job. He returned Monday and completed the job in under the time frame and under the original estimate. He was immaculate! Put down a drop cloth, cleaned up after and everything is perfect.
