I called First American Home Warranty regarding heating issues. They sent AAA Furnace out to help. Although the crushed duct was not covered under the warranty, they straightened the duct as much as possible to keep me going and reconnected to the floor vent. They gave me a very reasonable quote at that time for a full repair and a cleaning of the furnace and the rest of the ductwork. I called them a month later to schedule a time for the repairs. They were punctual. They did all the work and found that they had the wrong duct size. They installed the larger duct anyway to keep me going and called the next day to schedule coming back with the correct ductwork. I was impressed with their professionalism and follow-up. I would use them again.
