They are just spectacular, honest and really nice. The major part of the cost was buying the unit which looks like a computer charger and it plugged right into an array of these things under the hood and it just burnt out. I've been going to them for many years.

The car wouldn't pass inspection and I didn't know what was going on but they did and they got the part from Lexus. They got the factory part and everything, plugged it in and run it through a rebooting process and it has been fine. The guy is very straight forward, he's computer literate, he knows what's going on and he has the ability to find the parts and so on. They are on time and if there's a delay which I had once a couple of years ago, they call me.

I trust them. I think their prices tend to be lower than other places. Certainly lower than the dealer. They do a good job. The one problem I have is that I cannot always understand the owner's accent. I get my boyfriend to translate for me. I would rate them overall an A and will use them in the future.

He is very good. He is honest and tells you what he is going to do before he does it. That's the kind of mechanic I want. He does what I tell him to do. He assesses the problem and tells me. He does the work right. I've known him for 20 years and I have always relied on him. He does a good job. His prices are good.

Another mechanic told me I needed to repair various oil leaks, and gave me an estimate of close to $1000. Young's looked at the engine, said it was normal wear on a car of this age, and said no work was necessary for another 5,000 miles or so. I will definitely take my car back to Young's at that time. I trust his honesty and expertise.

It went really well and came in a little under the estimate (about 10%). Young is really good about taking a careful look at your car when you take it in, while you are standing there and he seems to be able to identify problems pretty accurately.

We've had our Toyota Sienna services here a few times. They always do a quality job in the time frame they promise. They are certainly not the cheapest shop around, but as long as they are honest and do the job they promise in the time frame I need, I'm OK with that.

Young, the owner/manager, is an honest, straight-up guy. He never tries to "sell" us on repairs; that is, there are times that we've taken our cars in due to concerns about, say, a strange noise and he's told us after inspecting our cars that there's nothing wrong with them. And when he does have to make repairs, his shop does them right the first time for the amount he quotes.
