They are highly knowledgeable, efficient, and a delight to work with! I had been dreading trying to find a plumber, but now I wish I had called them sooner! They are clear and upfront about pricing and time estimates, they are easy to communicate with, and the only plumber I know who actually shows up when they say they will! They are also so nice and patient with my elderly in-laws. Whatever plumbing project needs attention, stop procrastinating and call them!

They were really approachable, able to do a rough diagnosis if the issue on the phone and give a good quote. I've hired them for water heater installation, new kitchen plumbing, repairing old bath plumbing, removing gas valves and fixtures, and they even called the water company (EBMUD) to fix a broken valve at the street. Easy to contact, helpful, fair and efficient. They do big jobs and small. Highly recommended.
