Peter was recommended by another contractor.  I wanted advice on the complexity of opening a wall between the kitchen and dining room for a kitchen remodel I was considering.  I also wanted some advice on replacing some termite damaged floor joists under a concrete garage floor.  I called Peter and we discussed his hourly cost and set an appointment for a few days later.  Peter came on time and was very helpful.  He pointed out several possibiities for different openings and what the complexities were; he crawled into the attic to check structural beams and provided the pro's and con's of each possibility.  In the crawl space, Peter also suggested some alternatives for replacing the joists and how the work should be done to improve the structural integrity. 
Peter also provided simple drawings for the wall removal which I would need for permits should I decide to remove the wall between the kitchen and dining room.
Peter was very helpful and professional while answering all the questions I had and providing alternatives for me to consider.  I would use him again.
