Vendor was communicative and did the job on time and as hired to do. Only one issue is that vendor does not sweep up debris after the job. Although not a lot of debris, it might be a nice touch. Overall, very satisfied.

Showed up on time as promised. Installed new digital video cameras and removed old cameras. Cleaned up after themselves so there was no mess. Installation of new cameras appears to very well done to include caulking around the camera housing and walls. . The was an initial problem with the mouse cord; I called and they responded right away with a new cord. Highly recommend this business.

USMI did a fantastic job installing security cameras and motion-sensitive security lights for two of our properties. William was flexible to work with the equipment we purchased from Costco and EyesOnHome. He reviewed and implemented our own designs, and worked with us to adjust the installation a couple of times to meet our requirements. His crew was professional and took extra care to patch and touch up with the spare paint we have. Installation charges were reasonable. I would highly recommend USMI for your security system installation projects.
