Top Notch Builders (TNB) is a licensed contractor with over 35 years of contracting experience serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area. However, the existing floor determines the quality of the floor. TNB offers free estimates and consulting, to assist you through the process of determining on what design or finish you prefer for your concrete floors.
