The sales Representative that came out had really good sales skills and were very professional. He even made a follow up call with me but I found the price to be just too much for plain hardwood floors.

This project was a very costly disaster for us. The final cost exceeded the initial bid by $6,000. The refinish crew stained the floors with two different colors, and the whole downstairs had to be re sanded and re stained. They charged an additional $1,500 to correct their mistake and we had to spend an additional 10 days in a hotel. Use this company only at your own peril.......

The company was punctual and polite, but communication was poor. Their English isn't particularly good and contributed to a significant misunderstanding. The personnel on the phone are good, but the onsite personnel need help. Specifically, a fairly obvious project that needed to be done (regarding the baseboard) was mishandled. The estimator said ''we'll do it this way'' but the guys who did the job said ''no, we have to do it another way and the other guy was wrong.'' Other than that, they were fine. The job was done well and they cleaned up pretty well. Overall, I would recommend them.

This company does excellent work. They repaired a couple of damaged boards and after the job was finished, I couldn't tell which boards had been replaced. They are quick and clean. They do a great job of sealing off the area and I really didn't have much dust in the rest of the house. T and T has done work for 4 of our friends and they all had good experiences, too.

They were a low cost company and they were pretty good. They did the job cheap and fast, but they didn't clean up very well. They didn't fix the loose boards, and they said they couldn't be fixed. They just didn't want to fool with it. I would not recommend
