They got me scheduled quickly, their price seemed reasonable. Their truck showed up exactly on time and the two men handled loading and unloading very quickly and efficiently. Items were wrapped adequately for protection. No surprises other than how quickly they worked.

Great experience. Individuals worked quickly, making sure my items were well wrapped/protected. The two men were very professional and diligent on asking what items were mine and needed to be moved. I explained what I needed moved once, and they executed perfectly. Once we got to the new place, they quickly unpacked making sure each item was in the room/location I wanted. Would use these guys again

Bay Small Moves responded quickly to my inquiry and was flexible in working with me during a short timeframe. The company's prices were reasonable, and there were no hidden fees. On moving day, we encountered some challenges with our new building's management. The movers were incredibly patient and understanding. If I move again, I will use Bay Small Moves..

They actually were willing to come after normal work hours to accommodate me. It turned out that the job prior to mine took a lot less time than expected and they arrived early!! Everything was properly wrapped and handled so there were no issues with scratching or breakage. It took 4 hours but they gave a lower rate for cash so I scurried to the bank and saved $20.

The entire process went flawless. From placing my order, the expeditious response, the follow-ups from the owner, the way he provided each document regarding their insurance status. Francisco, and his assistant, came in, hustled to disassemble and move the furniture, wrapped everything beautifully and we have zero damage to furniture or walls. We ran into a couple of glitches with the freight elevator and parking in the financial district, but they handled it and made it work. Super courteous, professional and fast. I would use and recommend them in a heartbeat. THANKS TO THE WHOLE CREW...YOU GUYS WERE AWESOME ! ! !

The team did a phenomenal job. Uhaul was incredibly difficult and Victor and Juan made the moving part painless. Friendly, fast, and careful. Even helped put together my bed for me. Would recommend without hesitation.

It went so well. Jesus and Victor were a few minutes early (which I loved), they were polite, hard working and didn't bat an eye when they saw all of my Mom's boxes. They were super nice guys. They got to the new apartment in no time at all (even though they warned me they may hit traffic). I have only praise for these guys. Farzi came out and gave me a fair quote and I chose to pay a flat fee so there would be no surprises in the end and there wasn't. Bay Small Moves is everything they say they are. Use them, you will be happy you did.

I was referred to the Bay Small Moves by a friend who had recently hired them for his own move. He highly recommended this company. Their customer service was professional, detail oriented, respectful and friendly. They charged exactly what they quoted us. Their movers arrived on time and Francisco, their crew manager, was the most knowledgable mover I have ever seen in my life. Their crew must be one of the best in the business, they are truly tradesmen, well trained and very well mannered. We had several very large and complicated furniture pieces which they disassembled and assembled in our new place like a breeze. Also during the move in they were cautious with the newly painted walls and newly installed wood floors. Thank you Bay Small Moves for making our move head-ache free!!
