Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel, Home Building
It was horrible. It was supposed to take 10 days and it took 15 weeks so we ended up having to fire them. They didn't show up on time and sometimes they came when they weren't supposed to come. I don't even think it's a real company. We sent them a certified letter and it ended up coming back like they don't exist where they say they did. Supposedly, they're in LA and also here in Oakland. We bought all the supplies and they didn't have a supervisor on board so some of these inexperienced young Hispanics didn't know what they were doing half the time and they made mistakes; they had to take things out and start over again. If it wasn't for my husband, we would be up the creek. It wasn't according to what they said they were going to do at all. I think they're fly-by-nights.
