They are mostly a retailer and sell materials for all types of remodels. They price is great, the quality is reasonably good if you are willing to search. They tend to get items in bulk so you have to sort of pick through it to find what you are looking for. This area is very expensive and they were much more reasonable compared to other vendors.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and professional. They cleaned up when finished and the work quality was excellent. Seams are nearly invisible, they beveled the edges by the pantry cabinet which was a nice touch, the fabrication work (which was performed on site in my driveway) was well done. Backsplash corners are mitered and tight. Any problems (and there were only a few minor things that I noticed) were quickly corrected. I was really blown away by the quality of the install. The value to cost ratio here is huge. If you're looking at them, you do need to be aware that they use prefab pieces which limits the available edge styles to a round or square laminated edge. Their granite selection is good, but not as broad as shops that work from whole slabs. On the other hand, they were $2K - $4K less than the estimates I got to fabricate a slab from scratch.

We ordered the granite. We asked to see the slabs and went to their lot and looked at the granite. We rescheduled and they were very polite about that. This is a good company if you know what you want and you don't need design assistance. Prices are excellent. The installers were professional. Clean job showed up when then said they would. The sales people seem a little distant. They called us twice to make sure we wanted the installation on that rescheduled date. During the install it was a freezing day and everything went well.

Mix-ups, confusion, and price manipulation from beginning to end. To make a long story short, I as the owner got their name from my contractor. We presented a detailed design and got an estimate. However, a couple of days before the project was supposed to begin, they said the estimate didn't apply and charged $700 more, a fact I discovered when they put this charge on my credit card without informing me. Nevertheless, we proceeded with the job because we couldn't tolerate anymore delays. The night before the job, we received a call requesting a date change. Through great difficulty, both my contractor and I changed our plan to accomodate them. However, they still showed up on the original day, then said they were going to charge us another $300 for our failure to show up. I almost lost it. Another problem was that we were constantly dealing with two different salespeople and each pretended that they didn't know what the other person said. In short, this was a bad experience.

They had my floor in stock, and started the next day, only took a couple of hours, and ended up accenting and complementing the house really well, and i'm really happy with the outcome.

My experience was good with them. The prices were good, and the services was also. They were on time, the work was great, and they cleaned the job site up when they were finished.
