Our experience with Scott Sullivan was excellent in all regards. We had a 2000 sq foot deck that had to be replaced due to dry rot. Scott quickly designed a replacement accommodating all of our requirements and meeting code. He then obtained the needed permits for us and worked with the building contractor to ensure that the final deck was right and passed inspection. The deck design is excellent. Scott is very easy to work with; he is a good communicator and a skilled architect.
