Santee Design Build Studio

I love everything about my experience with them. He is meticulous. He is there when he says when he will be there and on time. He cleans up beautifully. I cannot say enough good things. I have no problem with him. He does beautiful work.

His name is Bobby Santee, and Santee Design Build Studio is his company. He’s a licensed contractor. He did everything I needed, including the painting. He left the place spotless. He came when he said he would, and he did a beautiful job. I had received another bid to replace the windows for almost $6000, and he did the repair for a fraction of that amount, and he did it in- house. It took him a couple of days, and there was nothing wrong with anything he did. He was clean, on time, quiet, and he did whatever I asked him to do. I asked him if he would repaint the outside of the windows, and he said he’d do that as well. He does a lot of work with wood. The only reason I didn’t add him to Angie’s List myself is because I was being a little selfish! I think he just got his contractor’s license a year ago, and he’s building his company, so he would be a good person to have on Angie’s List.
