Rollin' Along

The house where I live has a wheelchair lift. Never had to deal with one before so was unsure who to reach out to. After main failed attempts with other vendors, I cam upon Rollin' Along. David was super responsive and quick to come out to the property. In less than an hour, the wheelchair lift was operational. Will definitely use Rollin' Along in the future

Having experienced a stair lift installation before with another company, this company did so much better a job, giving us a far better result. They definitely gave us a. David Lincer (the owner) and his assistant Alfredo provided very efficient and courteous service in checking the battery charging circuit and battery replacement. David and Alfredo were very knowledgeable about the unit and brought it back to â as newâ condition within an hour. Very impressive. I am the second owner of an Acorn chairlift. Acorn does not provide service to fix problems for second Acorn owners nor allow sales of parts to second owners or any service personnel other than Acorn. Had I known their restrictive policies beforehand, I would have never bought an Acorn product.

It was difficult to find someone to repair my older, long inoperable stair lift. I put in a request through and immediately got a call from David at Rollin Along. David set up an appointment for me on a weekend to accommodate my schedule. David is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but he is also very personable and a nice guy to work with. David works efficiently and he got my stair lift working quickly. He explained everything he was doing and even shared with me what I need to do to maintain the lift so it will last for many years to come. The service fees and parts prices are reasonable and a good value. I can not say enough good things about my experience with David and Rollin Along. Rollin Along is a very established company that not only installs and repairs stairlifts, but mobility scooters as well. They also install safety bars for the bathroom and bedroom. My experience with David and his staff has been excellent. They are all strictly business and experts at their craft. Very compassionate and they understand the importance of my stairlift running properly because I rely on it. They also are very reasonable and fair for the work that they do. I know from personal experience that most companies servicing the disabled or elderly take advantage and engage in price gouging, and do shoddy work. But you can trust Rolling Along. David and his staff ( Omar and Scott) are men of integrity and pride themselves on a job well done. If you own a stairlift like I do, there is no other option than Rollin Along, in my opinion. They are the professionals.

Project: Repair a stair lift David is one person anyone could trust. I called the company for chair lift repair. There was an immediate response from him & his wife for the appointment. He sent his assistant at first but could not handle the problem. On that same day, David came to see the problem. He had to order the chair & I thought that we would have it fixed immediately but with my disappointment. Twice I called him for a follow up & my impatience overtook me & wanted to call another technician. He explained to me very clearly the reason the chair had not arrived. It took about a month. But as soon as it arrived from Europe, his wife called me immediately. I appreciate that! As I said, you can trust David because I didn't know that the chair is under warranty and I don't have any paper as a proof. He did not charge me for it when he could have done so. I am very impressed with his trustfulness & honesty.

My stairlift was not working and I called the original installer for repair. The repairer came and found they did not have the right battery and had to wait until they can find the right one. They came again and found that they have to replace the printed circuit, which they finally found they can't find. They were happy to replace the whole lift for the price of $4000. Happily, Home Advisor came along and recommended ROLLIN' ALONG. OMAR, the employee, came and spend about 2 hours replacing the dead battery, realigned the connections, etc and made lift work. The cost was $400. Thank you ROLLIN' ALONG. Thank you, HOME ADVISOR

Very knowledgeable and very responsive

They repaired my elevator and are now on the way to becoming a dealer for the company. In the process I learned how to reset the elevator myself if the problem ever recurs again.
