No job seems too small or too big for Miguel. He has done roofing, fence repair, gutter work, deck repair, shingle replacement, drywall & painting, along with a number of smaller jobs both on my personal residence as well as a prior rental property. I could not be happier with his work. My only critique would be in his record keeping and invoicing. I would agree that he has all the skills and knowledge of any general contractor.

4 days after the $1500 repair, the newly installed drywall has new watermarks and the contractor doesn't completely understand why. He has recommended that I purchase acrylic to patch cracks in the outside stucco. He's a nice guy.
