RAMIREZ ROOFING

Mr. Ramirez originally came to the house on Friday (a neighborhood friend of mine brought him over). He gave me his cell number and asked me to call him (he did not have my number) on Saturday morning for an estimate. (He wanted to check on the materials he needed.) We talked on Saturday. He gave me an estimate of $350, which I thought was very reasonable, and told me he could come and fix it on Tuesday morning. We talked on the phone again on Monday afternoon to make sure nothing had changed. The job went very well. I was told they will be coming around 10:30am and they were at my house around 9:50am. There was Mr. Ramirez, whom I had talked to and received the estimate from, and two additional workers. He had estimated that the work would take about 2 hours and it was finished around 1.5 hours. They had all the materials and the right tools and there were no problems. They cleaned up the work area after they were finished. I paid him with a personal check. He is a licensed roofer.
