We had French drains installed. After installation, we had issues and he promised to come out multiple times and did not. Back when the company was owned by Paul Carty, could be trusted and great customer service. Would avoid Edwin Perez and his company!

The crew arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently, getting the job (a trench in the back yard and a drain in the side yard) done in just over a day, on the hottest day of the year. They put the yard back together and cleaned everything up so well that you would never have even known they were there.

Edwin and his crew were top notch. I interviewed and gathered estimates from five different contractors, and hired a drainage consultant, before going with Edwin because my issue was complicated and expensive. I am situated at the bottom of a hill and get a lot of water flowing through my property. We experienced water intrusion from the heavy storms last year. Edwin was the only one who truly understood how to approach the problem, in line with the consultant's recommendations, and gave me a very detailed scope of work at a reasonable rate. He stuck to his start date and got the work done before the start of the rainy season. Edwin is professional, courteous, he stayed in good communication throughout the job, and was always responsive to my questions, concerns and needs. Mike, his business partner, is great too and so is Edwin (foreman) and the rest of the crew. They showed up on time every day, got the work done within the time frame that they told me, and always cleaned up after themselves. I have nothing but good things to say about this crew. I would 100% hire them again in the future.

Contractor and workers were professional, efficient and communicative. Jobsite was cleaned up after each working day. All customer questions and concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. It was great working with Edwin Perez and his foreman (also named Edwin). They did great work at a fair price. They had to prop-up the house to remove brick foundation and replace with concrete. They also did a few other projects related to concrete and plumbing and drainage. I'd work with them again.

Edwin and his team were stellar! We needed drainage to help with the foundation sinking, and received three quotes from various contractors. Edwin knew exactly how to tackle the problem, and was able to repair our falling fence at the same time, saving us from having to use two separate companies. His team was fast, clean, communicative, and so nice. He also took the time to fix some concrete from our sewer lateral repair as well. We are so happy we went with Edwin and his team, and we are excited to contact them again in the future for any additional home improvements!

We started the conversation in April unaware of how Covid would impact our project. Edwin kept in touch during the whole process, timing, permits & engineering. It took approximately 8 months because of Covid. They did amazing work, very professional, went out of their way to move large containers that had to be moved. They finished the garage walls & they look great. Edwin explain everything in great detail- before, during & after the job. He gave us the permits & drawings for our paperwork. I would definitely use them again.

The work was of excellent quality and was completed in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure to work with Edwin and the rest of his crew all of whom were courteous and cooperative. They listened to my instructions and were attentive to following my interpretations of specific details that arose as the work progressed. Very satisfied with the completed project.

There was no access for heavy equipment. Edwin and his crew hand dug 5 foot deep trench through garden area on hill side. Crew was careful not to harm garden plants. I got the drain I wanted and my wife is happy that her garden looks great. My second project with Edwin and both have been excellent.

It went very well. Mr. E. Perez came out to survey and give an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He went the extra mile on the work agreed to be completed, by helping with additional tips to help the house pass inspection.
