The fireplace is fabulous. While they took pains to protect floors and furniture, they damaged my newly refinished front and back decks by spilling grout and grinding it in with their boots. Yuck. They also rinsed grout off the roof onto the decks. The company will pay for the deck refinishing, and the managers were quite responsive about that problem.
