Jose and his son are very friendly, polite and conscientious.  They were later than their scheduled time, but called us in plenty of time to let us know that would be the case, so that's ok.  And, once on property, they were accomodating to our request to do all the inside first, so we could lock up the house and leave for another appointment, leaving them to finish up the outside.  About half our windows require a ladder to reach, from the outside, and they came prepared with all the necessary equipment.  They just needed access to water.  They were quick and efficient without being sloppy.  Came home to beautiful sparkly windows!  Not a thing out of place, sills were clean, no streaks, etc.  We will be hiring them again, next year!
