We live in a wooded area and we our subject to stringent fire and brush clearing ordinances. He always knows the most cost effective way to handle a job. He also does yard work, floor refinishing and patio work. Nima and his team know exactly how to meet the fire department's guidelines in regards to clean up. He is also capable of lawn and garden maintenance. Nima's team is also quite capable of both interior and exterior wood resurfacing. We get comments about the quality of his work from friends and neighbors. Cost is based upon annual payment.
