I am satisfied with their service.

They use natural cleaning products, which I like that about them. They are also courteous, friendly, and always on time.

I used this company twice. The first time, the cleaners were quite good, and the second time, the cleaners scratched the toilet bowl permanently. It happened when I was at the house, and the cleaner's process is to call the office and then the office calls you.  So while I had the person on the phone, I went upstairs to look at the toilet bowl.  The cleaner had used one of the two toilet bowl brushes that we had on hand, but by pressing it into the bowl vigorously the metal that held the bristles on this older brush permanently scratched it.  The toilet is unfortunately something that cannot be replaced, as it is matching in color and style with the tub and sink, and is original to the 1936 home, with matching tile in colors that are of the era.  I let the person on the phone know that it is permanently damaged, and she asked what could be done. Knowing my husband and I had been looking for a replacement seat cover, I let her know that I don't think I  can find a replacement.  The worker herself was apologetic, however, immediately after the team left, I went into our TV room to find that the way the window blinds had been picked up and moved, creasing them and leaving them twisted up into the other curtain. This made me think that the toilet incident may not be unique and that this team is not trained adequately.  I was surprised then, hat I was charged the full amount of the cleaning given their knowledge of the damage, and that there was no follow-up.  I am very disappointed on three fronts.  (1) these folks may not be adequately trained, and (2) the management did not effectively respond to a legitimate problem and provide a refund, and (3) this is a business with a philosophy that I want to support, that I intended to have over on a monthly basis, and was willing to work around their scheduling issues of not being available on the date I needed in order to get them over and start what I thought was a long-term service arrangement.I thought I should write to caution folks that you may need to make sure that your items are being cared for, or if you have blinds like I do (cordless), you may need to take time to show the people how to raise them up and move them out of the way--that they may not ask if they don't know-- that you may need to show which cleaning utensils to use and with what strength.  I thought that because it was a professional cleaning service, that they were the pros, and knew what worked and what didn't, and how to handle cleaning the window sill without damaging blinds, and how to clean toilets without scratching them, and that was not the case. This is not to say that the women who showed up were not pleasant and seemed like nice people.  They were.

Their charges are based on the size of the home; so it varies, we pay $140. It is based on how often they come; the more often they come, the lower the rate and obviously, the bigger the house, the more expensive it is. So it is kind of a sliding scale. They are absolutely fantastic. Their price is probably a little more than some services but I think they are worth it and the quality is terrific.

They are very organized and they do a thorough job. They are flexible as far as their scheduling. They have a consistent team and you get the same team. They are a little bit more expensive because they use environmentally friendly cleaning products. Sometimes they come early before their scheduled time.

They are awesome. We are really happy. They charge us per visit, but the price is way too much. It's a cooperative and is owned by the workers. The quality is good and they use natural cleaning products, although I have no idea what those products are. I keep meaning to ask. They come when they say they are going to come. They do a thorough job. They are also flexible. They are pretty responsive when I call them. We appreciate the fact that they use natural cleaning products and they are cooperatively owned. I will use them in the future.

They are great. The reason I choose them was they use environment friendly non-toxic supplies. They are on time, efficient and professional. I have no complaints. They are easy to access.

Everything was great. They arrived on time and presented appropriate identification. At least one of them spoke and read English, and read the notes I had left. The quality of their work is high, and provided their own cleaning products. They were uniformed and did a great job. I have recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We love this company. They are very professional in setting the appointments, and call each month a few days before to confirm service, including what time the cleaners will arrive. They always do a great job--especially considering that we let a month go between cleanings--and we love coming home on days when they've been there. They use eco-friendly products, and just as important to us, are part of the WAGES (Women's Action to Gain Economic Security) coop, which means that workers are co-owners of the business, receive benefits, professional development and are treated with dignity. This is home cleaning you can feel good about.

They were very responsive and had great service. Came at the time they said they would and worked hard. Did a great job cleaning.

They are very professional, they use eco friendly cleaning supplies. They are on time and very prompt, they are very friendly and easy to work with. I really like that it is the same people that come every time. I would recommend them.

The experience was okay. It seemed to me that they were hard to get a hold of and on their invoices they don't leave any phone numbers. I would give them instructions how I wanted the house cleaned and they weren't able to follow through on that. I would have two people come and clean my house and I would tell them what I wanted done. Then the next time two new people would come but they not told what I wanted done. It seemed that there were some miscommunications and they were hard to communicate with. I thought that they were on the higher end on their rate, and I thought well I should be able to expect a little more efficiency. This didn't just happen once or twice, their were several times that there were details that they didn't follow through on.

I called 3 times to change my cleaning needs. However, each time I called, they never captured the changes I made the time before. Finally, the day arrived and 2 ladies showed up but they were late and I think I'm the first job of the day. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay and direct the cleaning so I left them a key to an empty house and left. I found myself disappointed with the service they provided. (1) I found that one of my window sill and window was not cleaned. They did not bother to pull up the mini-blind and clean that window or sill (2) I paid extra for cleaning the fridge. Let's just say that it was a move-in and the fridge was a mess. I know. But they left mold on the side of the fridge, I had to clean it myself. (3) The kitchen cabinet did not look like it got cleaning on the top shelves. The company received very good ratings on Angie's List and I wanted to support a cooperative as well as the use of natural products. I'm so disappointed.

My fianc e was at the house at the time of the cleaning to supervise and instruct. When I got home later that evening, I noticed that there was still dust all over my electronics downstairs even though it was explicitly asked to be cleaned. I did notice that someone tried (in a half-done way) to wipe stuff down, but it was very obvious that the job was done in a significantly below average (at best) way. The WORST part about the experience was that the cleaners used a rag to wipe down my toilet, then used the SAME RAG to wipe down the bathroom counter tops. Isn't that a violation of some sort of health code? To top it off, when we called the company to ask them to come and re-clean the toilet and counter tops, they refused, citing the fact that the cleaning ladies thought the toilets were new. They were arguing with us that our appliances were new and as a result, were clean. MY HOUSE IS 12 YEARS OLD - THE APPLIANCES ARE 12 YEARS OLD.

It went very well. I fired my last cleaning company because they couldn't predict when they were going to show up. Natural called me the day before, gave me a 30-minute window when they'd appear the next day, and then actually showed up in that window. The cleaning was spotless, and done in less time than budgeted. In my experience (using 3 different companies within the last 3 years), this company is as thorough as they were, cheaper, and more punctual.

Two very nice women arrive promptly and impeccably clean our house. Their attention to detail is bar none. The house feels wonderful afterwards, clean and fresh without the chemically treated feel. We absolutely love when they come; our house is cleaner than when we moved in.

Natural Home Cleaning was very professional in the manner in which they explained their services and fees. They were able to schedule prompt service that worked with our schedule and did a heck of a job cleaning our house. The cleaning ladies were on-time, friendly and did an outstanding job.

I previously posted a negative report on Natural Home Cleaning because of a series of appointment schedule changes and cancellations that frustrated me greatly. Deb called me to work everything out, however, and now that I've had a chance to actually use their services, I'm glad she did. We scheduled a time, and the cleaners showed up as expected and did a fantastic job. I am planning on hiring Natural Home Cleaning on an ongoing basis for cleaning every couple weeks.

I'm very impressed with the work that Alejandra and Marta did. My house is usually quite clean, but we'd had a series of house guests, including dogs and painters coming through the house for a few weeks. After the cleaning the house looked and smelled fantastic. They went the extra mile--made sure that every surface was truly clean. Plus, the workers were both very kind, respectful, and very easy to talk to--they listened to what I wanted and addressed all my concerns. It helps that I speak Spanish, since their English was limited, but I'm sure that a non-Spanish speaker could call the office in advance and speak to one of the bilingual coordinators in advance of the cleaning. The deep cleaning is expensive, but worth it. They've told me that the bi-weekly fee will be $75, which is on the lower end of other services I've used, and these folks did a far superior job than anyone who's cleaned for me in the past.

I wanted to work with a woman-owned, employee-owned cooperative that used green products. Deb responded quickly to my inquiry email where I wanted to set up a one-time cleaning slightly different than the combinations laid out on the website, and we spoke to determine an estimate. She was able to take out pieces of the job (e.g., refrigerator cleaning) that made the estimate slightly higher than my comfort zone (though the ladies did such a good job that I now wish I had included it!). She explained what the process would be - what prep work we should do in the space, that they would check the estimate, that we should stay out of the way, how to pay, etc. The team arrived within 20 minutes of the "approximate" arrival time we were given and stayed for slightly longer than the estimated time. When I saw what had been done, I was amazed that it was even possible to get certain areas as clean as they did. I had cleaned the areas such as under the stove dials multiple times to no effect.

I called and spoke with Deb who was able to provide an accurate estimate of that the service would cost and made all arrangements with her for a service appointment the following day. They picked up the key to my old place and performed all of the work on time and for the stated price.

They always do a great job. I also appreciate that the cleaning products they use do not smell bad. I am glad to be supporting a company where the women who come to clean my house are also owners of the business.
