The manager of our project provided timely updates and checked the project frequently. The trades people who did the work were craftsman. I am extremely happy with the result. My Remodeling Group was professional and courteous. They responded promptly to our request for an appointment and communicated clearly on their arrival time. They went above what was expected when addressing our concerns and even repaired a small item at no charge because they already had the materials on their truck. We would not recommend My Remodeling Group to anyone. Poor workmanship, poor communication, lack of follow through, worthless project manager, & delays, delays, delays. Lack of respect for our home & furnishings. We documented the poor quality work and wrote multiple letters & emails to the My Remodeling Group. Once they received payment they refused to honor previous commitments to fix their issues.
