It was a nightmare. I had to go there to pick out my flooring, cabinets and everything. They could not do it on the weekends. She told me that I could not change the direction of the floor. I told her that I wanted east to west down the hallway and north and south in my dining room and down the hallway to my bedroom. She told me that I could not do that. They charged me an extra $500 to change the direction. I had to tell her that this is my house and this is what I want. I extremely happy with it and it is perfect. I would never buy a house from them again. When we went into the model they had a stone wall in the dining room and a wine cooler in the wall of the hallway and we told them that we wanted that and they said it was not an option. The framing was not an option and they had put the sprinklers in the house wrong and I had to have the fire department come out and fix it. I had put down a $160,000 deposit and if I had backed out of the deal, they would have kept it, so I had to go with them. My upgrade for the better cabinets was $40,000. They show a beautiful home and after you put your money down, then they start telling you everything that you cannot have. I had to fight for everything. I love my house, I would never buy Viking appliances again. I would never use them again.
