Fantastic ! I met with many contractors about this project and Mark was the first to communicate a full understanding of the cause(s) of the problem and corrections for them. I really appreciate that unlike some of the contractors I previously met with, his solutions were neither to slap on a ridiculous amount of self leveling concrete (easiest short term answer though not necessarily best for the floor) or expensive "exploratory" work without any clear answers or improvement to the problem. Mark was great to work with: technically very knowledgeable, experienced, clearly written and detailed contracts, and appreciative of budget constraints without sacrificing quality. He never tried to upsell or propose unnecessary work. We are very happy with Mark's work and highly recommend him and his team.
