We couldn't have been more happy with Mercedes' designs. She listened to all our ideas, incorporated them nicely into some wonderful designs, gave us ideas we hadn't even thought of that ended up being our absolute favorite elements of the whole redesign. She was thorough and professional, worked together with the GC very well and was very personable and friendly. Looking back, it was the best money spent. Because of her professional drawings and expert knowledge, the contractors were able to execute her vision with ease.
