About us
I make every effort to take into account any special needs of my customers, such as hours of work, dust, noise, etc. I also make every effort to "measure twice and cut once" so as to see things progress without unnecessary disruption. Once we have agreed upon the details of the job I will not consider the the job done until my customer has said as much. All of my work is very carefully done and is warranted for 12 months. Although I typically work alone for an hourly rate or for a fixed price, larger projects such as room additions, kitchen/bath remodeling or deck construction that require a licensed contractor and mandated liability insurance and employee coverage will be provided via my lengthy association with a highly regarded contractor in Oakland who has more than 25 years of experience in all phases of remodeling and construction. In addition to the two jobs mentioned above, I have used him to help with putting up curtain rods, change a light fixture, and other handyman work.
