It went great! A two person team of cleaners came to do a deep cleaning in preparation for a special event. They were prompt, thorough, friendly, and had the whole place done in 2 hours. I was referred by a friend who had only wonderful things to say about Lotus, and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be using their services again.

They were very thorough and had very good communication prior to the cleaning in regards to expectations. They were careful and pleasant. They did a good job and used organic cleaning products.

While the office staff is consistently helpful and professional, I have had some issues with consistently thorough cleaning.  After
working with the Office Manager, then the Owner, Rebecca, I think we have hit upon what works for me.  I am impressed with their openness to work through a compliant and provide a solution.

I just wanted to update my original review.  After over a year, they *continue* to provide absolutely amazing service.  Just exceptional.  Could not be happier with their operation and, especially, the teams that come to the house.

wow. Amazing.   I have a very high stand when I clean, so a very high standard for cleaning services?Lotus exceeded!  When I was first considering a company, I used Angie?s List, and then checked out their website. 
The Lotus website is very clear on approach and services and has a very comprehensive list of the services. 
My phone initial phone call was pleasant and easy, and they had an appointment for a deep cleaning within a few days of my call.  There was a confirming email with details for the coming visit, including the names of the people coming.  The two cleaners arrived with the 1-hour window previously-established, review the order by walking through the house with me, asking a few questions. 
They were focused, efficient & very pleasant, working quickly.  Finished before I thought they would be, the lead ask me to check the work?wow.  I figured it would be clean, but it was clean beyond my expectations.  They literally touched every flat surface.  There were parts of the hardwood floor that were cleaner than I thought they could be.  Wonderful job!!!!

Initially, I had Lotus do a deep cleaning.  Two cleaners spent six hours making my house sparkling clean.  I was so impressed I signed up for monthly service.  My regular cleaner always did a wonderful job, but when she had health issues I got different substitutes who did not do as good a job.  What is worse, strong cleaner was spilled on my marble floor which etched an 18" round area.  I had to buy a marble polishing kit to repair, which Lotus paid for.  Then my black plastic toilet seat got bleached white in spots.  Lotus sent a supervisor to clean the next time and she made it much worse by trying to scratch off the white marks.  Nothing was said to me about this until I called to complain.  The next time a substitute came a bathroom mirror got severely scratched as though a scrub brush was used to clean the glass.  When I complained, Lotus offered to have someone take a look at the damage to see what could be done, but they never called me to schedule.  It seemed like every visit by any one other than my regular person left some damage.  I am discontinuing after today when my regular cleaner leaves Lotus.  As long as you have a good cleaning person, Lotus is wonderful, but there is wide variation in the ability of their workers.

Owner contacted me and the damaged mirror was replaced. Everything was made whole again.

The women did a good job of actually cleaning.  However, they did not empty the garbage in the kitchen, they did not replace the garbage bag in one of the bathrooms, and did not throw away all of the spent soap (despite my reminding them.) They worked for two hours and charged $154.  I felt that the attention to detail was lacking and the charge was too high.

They did a good job, were easy to work with and had quick response.

It didn't work out that great.  The person who took my information over the phone didn't speak English very well.  I don't think she's skilled to take  information for them to assess how much time it would take to clean the house.  I asked them to clean one room and they did not clean it.  They were slow and could not understand English well.  I told them that sham does not have a pillow case but it has a cover and I don't want that taken off.  When I came back they just put pillow case on the bed.  During their last day, they have to clean the kitchen but they did not finish cleaning it.  They have to call their office and I have to talk to their office.  They were actually a little cranky and really want to get out of my house.  I end up paying them and gave them a tip of $40 each since it was Christmas.  Now I have a cabinet I need to be cleaned and I'm pondering who to use.  I was not satisfied with their service.  They were not fast and not efficient.  I think it's the problem of the management.  I did not get my money's worth.  They didn't even follow up on me, there was no supervision.  I would have given them another chance have they given me a good deal.

We are happy they use green, hypoallergenic products as our 2 year old has persistent skin allergies. They generally send the same cleaners every time which makes it easy on our dog. If there is a substitute cleaner they let us know, which is a nice courtesy. The team is very punctual which makes scheduling around their visits easy. If they deviate from the normal schedule they let us know in advance. Overall, Lotus provides excellent cleaning and customer service.

We have been very pleased throughout.  The women who have come to our house have been professional and thorough. We quickly learned that professionals simply clean better than we do, and it is well worth the money! We are looking forward to continuing working with Lotus Cleaners.

Just got my first cleaning from Lotus Cleaning Services, and m pleased. I have a four-bedroom, two-bath home and two punctual, professional, friendly ladies cleaned it very thoroughly in about three hours. My house is sparkling and smelling fresh and the best part is that Lotus uses natural cleaners (and they brought all supplies themselves, including rags and the vacuum). I also appreciated an email questionnaire the owner sent me after I made my appointment so I could let her know ahead of time about any particular areas I wanted the team to focus on, my preferred days/times, or if I had any delicate items I didn't want cleaned. Overall, a great choice.

I didn?t think I?d ever use a cleaning service. My partner and I  generally pick up after ourselves and our two cats, and shelling out  money for someone to clean isn?t my first preference for spending our hard-earned cash. However we just moved to a dusty apartment that has  needed quite a bit of work to keep as clean as we like, especially with  both of us working in the city. We decided to give Lotus a try because  they use products that are pet (human and earth) friendly and non-toxic. When we came back home after the cleaning we were greeted by a  fabulously crisp, tidy and fresh apartment. Even the kitties were  rolling around and happy after the initial trauma of the vacuum wore off!
We live right near the freeway, so dust and soot on the window sills and  blinds is generally a problem after we?ve kept the windows open. The sills, which were previously pretty grody and full of paw prints, were  sparkling! Also, no matter how hard we?ve tried, there tended to be cobwebs on the exterior of the windows. Luz and Queta were able to clean even those! What really impressed me, aside from their heavy-duty vacuum that restored the carpets from dull brown to cushy, natural beige, was that Luz and Queta cleaned all the dust off our wall heater, too.  
In the kitchen our cleaners were able to remove stains from the kitchen counter (especially ones that were under the dish-drying rack) that I had given up on. The burners on the stove were scrubbed clean and sparkled. The clears had even lifted up the stove
range and reset one of the burners that had previously been off kilter.  Way to go Lotus! The bathtub was also scrubbed better than I had seen it when we were first looking at the apartment. All in all a great clean: no noxious fumes, just a subtle fresh scent, and at a very affordable price. Would heartily recommend!

I have a small 2/1 bungalow and Lotus has been cleaning for me, at least for a year, if not longer.  They are always on time, and if they're not going to be, I receive a call to let me know.  They do a quick, thorough job, and I like the fact that they use green products, so my house does not smell like chemcals, afterwards.  Rebecca and Jesus, in the office, are always very responsive and flexible when I have last minute changes to my schedule.  I am very pleased with their service and don't have any plans of changing!

They are very professional and do a great job! Compared to the other services we have used they stand head and shoulders above the rest, and its clear that their staff actually take pride in their work. The attention to detail is evident and we are very happy with the service.

I absolutely LOVE Lotus Cleaners. 
I have been using them now for a little over a year now and they come every 2 weeks.  They use green products which I appreciate.  My team can sometimes change from the original pair but at least one of the original pair is always there. 
Lotus Cleaners cleans my loft during the day and I always look forward to coming home to a clean and bright home. 
The first cleaning is the deep cleaning and they cleaned every crick and corner of my place.  My floors never shined so brightly or furniture look so good.  Even after a year, my place looks better every time.  I don't cook that much but when I do I make a little (ok big) mess and after their cleaning it is spotless.  I truly admire their stamina because they do all that cleaning after climbing 2 big flights of stairs plus another flight to the bedroom. 
I provided an extra pair of keys to my place to Lotus Cleaners and have had no issues while using their service.  I am confident their system allows my keys to be kept in a secure place.  I was told that the keys are stored in an area where there are no identifying information associated with it and then the keys are only given to my team on the day of the service.
I believe they prices are on par with our service companies.  Although, honestly, I haven't even compared the rates since I like them so much. 
If you appreciate a company who uses green products, with a professional team and overall good service, I would highly recommend Lotus Cleaners.
