This shop diagnosed my window problem, told me what part would have to be replaced and called around for the Honda factory part and generic part. I could wait two days for the factory or 20 minutes for the generic which was ninety dollars cheaper. I chose the generic. The lady in the office was very pleasant and efficient. I sat under the outdoor umbrella provided on a lovely sunny day as the part arrived and the proprietor fixed the window. Do not expect some flashy showroom with temping new cars, this is an auto yard with old cars on the lot and hard working immigrants that bring their own lunch. The perfect place for me to feel like I'm being assisted by honest, hard working technicians for the best price. I asked if they do any other repairs but alas they specialize in auto glass only.

They are a small company but they delivered on price, punctuality and professionalism. I'd use them again if I needed glass work on my car.

Called a day ahead to get appointment and make sure window would be available. Car was in and out with no problems. New glass was installed well before I finished getting my nails done a few blocks down the street. Professional, cheap, quick. Would definitely use again.

Waited outside by a potted tree with my dog. Got to see at least 3 men working on my car It was done in under an hour. Lady in office who answers the phone and who took my payment was friendly and professiional.Workers were quiet and efficient. I wouid go back.

I called on a Saturday morning to get a price quote. Their quote was almost half that of another shop. They said that they did not do off site repairs on Saturdays, but that they had the right window in stock and that they could install it that day. Their facility is pretty humble. The work is done out doors and the only "waiting room" is a table, awning, and some plastic chairs. This does give you a great view of the work being done. If you like Vietnamese food, there are many restaurants in the neighborhood - otherwise, not many attractions nearby. The installation only took about an hour and a half. The proprietess was very polite. They seemed genuinely concerned that I was satisfied. There was little bit of black sealant on the interior, nothing major. It has been raining a lot since the installation and no leaks. Overall a good experience and a great price.
