Once I accepted their estimate, they called to make an appointment to schedule the work.   They arrived on time worked quickly and very neatly.  I would use them again and not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, I must downgrade my review of Le's Golden Floor.  A little over a year after the floors were installed, the wooden pegs on the vents started to break off.  I contacted Andy Le and asked him to come replace the vents.  That was 6 weeks ago.  He has given us the run around so many times its outrageous.  I just got off the phone with him and he asked me to send him my address again (it would be the 3rd time) and said to call him again (that would be the 4th time) to set up an appointment on Monday. When I asked him why he couldn't just schedule it immediately, he claimed he didn't have anything to write with and would forget.  Unbelievable!  When it was clear that I was very upset and told him his conduct was extremely unprofessional, he told me I should just relax!  This after I explained that my mother had almost injured herself on these hazardous vents he installed in my house!  I will leave my previous review but beware!  If anything ever goes wrong with your floors, don't expect Le's Golden Floor to do anything about it.

I could not be more pleased with Andy Le and his crew.  We got off to a rocky start as Andy calendared our date for an estimate on the wrong day and didn't show up on our scheduled day. I admit I was worried that mistake was a preview of things to come.  Boy was I wrong!  The professionalism, responsiveness and skill of Le's Golden Floor were excellent.  In fact, it turns out Le's Golden Floor had to accommodate my schedule many times due to a delayed closing date on our house and Andy was flexible and patient throughout the process.  
Aside from the outstanding customer service, my floors are absolutely gorgeous.  Le's Golden Floor has a keen eye for detail and knows what will work in a room.  I had ideas about what direction I thought the wood should go in the various rooms.  Andy always deferred to my requests but gently suggested other ways that might look better.  I ultimately decided to follow his lead and I am so glad I did.  He was absolutely right every time.
Le's Golden Floor offered a very competitive price - nearly 30% less than other bids I received and those were for engineered rather than solid wood. His crew was prompt and they cleaned up after themselves each day.  They installed finishing touches around the room that really added to the overall beauty of the floors including flush wood vent covers and trims around the two fireplaces.
When you are looking for solid wood flooring, look no further than Le's Golden Floor.

They came out and gave a Free estimate as promised quoting their prices and describing their procedure.   They also explained what my limitations would be as far as walking on the floors immediately after work was done and lingering odor from sealer. Once we agreed on the price the work was calendared, not same day.   They were honest, timely, neat in their work method and clean up.  I would use them again.
