On both projects, Gabriel gave us a hard estimate up front, which turned out to be quite reasonable. We added some scope along the way, and he did a good job giving us prices so we could decide if we did or did not want to add things. His crew did a good job cleaning up each day, which was important since we lived in the house during the remodeling work. For the project overall, he and his crew performed the work in the time-frame we expected. However, we weren't always sure what was going to happen each day, so we probably could have communicated better about that. Overall, we were very happy with the process (from pricing to completion) as well as with the end result.
