Ken was very easy to work with, and was very punctual. I bought the toilets the day before and was installed the next day. We kept in contact about the job I needed and he was very professional and always picked up the phone when I called. The installation of both toilets was very good. Nice job Ken, I have other work that needs to be completed and he's my go-to guy now.

Ken and I had a few phone calls, complications because of my schedule. He came when he said he would, did the job quickly and professionally. Couldn't ask for more.

The job was very nicely done. Juan was very professional and meticulous about his work. The installation looks good and works well. He left the site clean. I would definitely call Ken again and request Juan!

Ken and his team were fantastic! They knew what they were doing, found solutions to our many issues, and fixed everything within a few days. Ken is great at communicating and always kept in touch when he was on his way. Having a bumpy ride upon our first week in the new home, I was naturally frustrated and scared that more things would pop up. Ken did a great job at reassuring me that everything will be resolved, and they were. I still have more work to do and am developing my list for him as I write this review. I strongly recommend Ken and his team's services, you won't be disappointed.

. Now I don't know if he would do that for other people but he got paid a lot less than what the job was worth and I will recommend him to anyone he was professional and on time.
