I had a pane of glass I needed replaced as there was a crack running across almost the entire length.  After a quick call for scheduling we did a measurement and they ordered the glass.  It didn't come as quickly as expected and unfortunately for them I had to travel and postpone my work - but no problems; they were very flexible and I was able to reschedule.  Kudos to Jimenez Glass for working with my busy schedule.  The job itself took less than a couple of hours for two guys and I am very pleased with the result.
