The initial contact, estimate and showing up to do the work went well. What did not go well was his group not showing up when something went wrong. The driveway heaved badly, and in spite of numureous (more than 20) phone call and conversations, he has yet to propose repairs. My driveway is elevated 3 inches above the sidewalk and is a major tripping hazard. It has been over a year now of my patience, and I am giving up.
