I contacted Holmgren & Associates in the middle of July '10 and escrow closed on August 13th, 2010. I worked primarily with Rose Sherzai. She was very helpful in explaining my loan options and once we decided on the best option for me the rest was quite straightforward. Towards closing, Walter Manchur was my main contact and helped iron out the escrow account with the title company. I have refinanced my house on a few occasions and I must say this was the best refinance experience I have had. In large part that was due to the professionalism and overall helpfulness of the Holmgren & Associates staff.

Excellent and nearly painless process! Lara is exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to discuss several scenarios with us for refinancing to determine what made sense for us. She watched interest rates for us for several months until she thought the time was right to lock in a rate. She got us a great rate, as it turned out, with the bank we have dealt with for years. Lara negotiated a far better than we, as preferred customers, were quoted by our bank. All our calls were returned promptly, questions answered thoroughly and, best of all, there were no surprises.
