I absolutely would not recommend them. They didn't suggest that I'd get a permit and then I got found out. Then there was always extra cost involved. It was just really irresponsible. It took a while to work through the problem. It was quoted to come out to around $5,000. The quality of the concrete work was good and in the end it's a nice quality driveway, but mostly it was just the level of professionalism and just the way they handled themselves with the problem. It was just really frustrating. I would never use them again or recommend them. It seemed like a good bid to begin with, but in the end it was over priced because of the problems. He should have known that we needed a permit for that because I didn't know. They kept jacking up the price for all these little extra.

The work went very well, and I was delighted with the outcome.  There was a bit of turbulence when the kitchen cabinet supplier sent the wrong cabinets, but Nick and the Greentech team stuck with it and absorbed the extra costs, and in the end the right thing happened.
