Green Carpet Clean

I called for an estimate and received it right away when I spoke with Fari Shields.  The team was about 15 minutes late, but they called to tell me.  Once they arrived, Clidell and Amina got right to work cleaning the carpets.  My carpets had several stains, which have disappeared and they look like new!  They finished in about two hours as promised and even helped me move some of the heavier furniture back into place.  I paid the amount that was estimated, a very reasonable rate.

Punctual, polite, professional. The technician, Kevin, was very thorough and did a great job of cleaning the sofas. He was also very pleasant and told us how to take care of our sofas. He told us to call back if the stains on one of our sofas didn't go away completely. I did e-mail the owner, Fari, later, but didn't get a response back. Still, I was very happy with the service on the day it was performed. Kevin also gave us some cleaning powder for our steam cleaner. 

Kevin, the gentleman who came to clean, did an OUTSTANDING job. There is a small area by our front door that has been covered with a piece of heavy plastic.  We generally remove our shoes and put them on this piece.  Consequently, the original color of the carpet was underneath the plastic allowing me to see just what a remarkable job Kevin did!  
My experience with the whole process from making and appointment to writing the check for the work was easy.  The employees are friendly, professional and completely dependable.  The gentleman who made the appointment, Fari, offered a time between 2-3 in the afternoon which I took.   Kevin called me from his previous job to tell me when he would arrive. He called at 1:50 to say he was just loading his truck from the last job and could not be to me by 2 pm. I assured him that this was not a problem, since the expectation set was arrival no later than 3 pm. He arrived at 2:30 pm. Kevin explained the process and the green solutions used to clean.  Consequently, I opted out of the peppermint extract normally used in one of the process steps.  Being really sensitive to smells, I was grateful to have the choice.  Kevin was thorough and the knowledgable; I expressed my concern about the possibility of water marks on the dining room chairs (I'd tried to spot clean them in the past and had that problem)  and he explained the process for avoiding that.  I am stunned by how remarkably clean the chairs are. They look like new. I have a family who has given these chairs a beating!!
I will absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking great service, exceptional quality work and friendly and skilled employees.
