GRC Roofing Co

Mr. Gerardo came out several weeks prior to give estimate...had several estimates done after his.  He explained several options for my roof and although not the least expensive was also not the most expensive.  In review of all estimates, reference checks  and prayer and meditation with the Lord I chose GRC to replace my roof.  He answered every question I asked even during the time he knew I was getting other estimates.  I had the option of repair, complete tear down and overlaying more tiles on the existing roof.  I chose to have roof completely replaced as there is now guarantee's on repairs on time left on extisting roof and he added insulation at the same time.  After contacting GRC to do the work; we agreed on a start date and his crew was not only on time, but courtious and conscientous. I came home a few times during the job and they immediately moved anything that might be in my way.  They left the yard clean everyday and the job was completed in the time frame I was given.  He also offered 10 year warranty on his workmanship and has come buy a few times during the warm weather to see if all is ok.  He also called me to let me know how the job was going.  The true test will be when the rain comes :)!  And he has told me to please call him if I see or have any problems.   At this time I would recommend him and have.
