They are knowledgeable, professional and competent. There is no hassle or problems while I'm getting repairs to the vacuum cleaner, and have always have supplies on hand for repairs.

They know the vacuum cleaners very well. They have just about all parts for them. They do a great job. Any problems with the vacuum cleaner, they can fix it.

They held her sewing maching for 6 months. After calling countless times the company finally got back at her and told her that they cannot fix the machine and she should trade it in through us. I am very disappointed in the length of time it has taken them and I feel that I am not getting fair treatment and may be ripped off. I would not use them again.
