I thought they did a fine job. Many of the things that they worked on are still in good shape. I would rate them overall pretty well. They generally did a good job. Renovation of a house is a very difficult job for most contractor and owners. There were a few things that went wrong and most things well. I am generally satisfied. I'd say 10 years later we found an engineering defect in the way the roof had been built.
