+ -1 moreThe technician they sent was incompetent and failed to run even the most basic diagnostic steps. After multiple visits with the same non-result, they promised a different technician would come out. Nobody showed up. We gave them multiple additional chances and each time we would take the day off work to meet the repair person and nobody would show up. Each time we had to call the company to track them down again. After 4 appointments we asked for a refund. They agreed and then stopped returning our calls. I had to file a complaint with BBB for my refund.
