Elmer was great! He arrived on time and did a great job.

I have a front yard with lawn 30' x 30' in one day Elmer and his crew came in and removed it all. The next day they came back and leveled and put some top soil and laid new sod down. It looks great. He also did our back yard but that was a small area and he and his crew got it all done in one day.

Very conscientious and detailed....when I came home from work everything was cleared and neat.....I was very pleased and will have them do more projects.....thanks to Home Advisors for the great suggestion.....Mary Hurst Meyer, Oakland

Did not provide the service agreed upon, and refuses to come back to correct it.

They came out in the morning to give me an estimate on yard clean up and removal of some vines and weeds and they were able to do the job that day. I came home to an immaculate front, side and back yards. I plan to have them do some planting / landscaping and hopefully maintenance as well.

Elmer called me the same day i requested a list of pros on HomeAdvisor. He came to review the project, was polite, and listened to exactly what we needed done. Gave us an estimate and we hired him on the spot. He came the very next morning with his helper and did the weeding, trimming and cutting of grass in a timely manner. This company will be our permanent gardening service from now on. So glad we found him.

Came to do an estimate on a large clean up job (trimming ivy, weeding) and gave a fair price less than other bids I had received. I hired them and they came back less than a week later with a full crew. Got the job done in 7 hours. Their work was good so I've decided to have them come back for monthly maintenance.

I had a consult with this company. Elmer came out and quoted me a price that was $50 more than my previous gardener but that was okay. We agreed he would come every other week maintaining the front and backyard. They came that following week did an okay job. but then 3 weeks went by without a call. I called them to see what they problem was. Trouble in scheduling but would send someone out in two days, well something came up and now it was 5 days. I have a hedge that covers a portion of the house. I asked that it be kept cut back off the stairs and outer portion of the home as it has been growing for well after so long it was growing on the stairs and window sills. Upon removing, paint was also removed, my sills now need painting. Oh by the way I forgot to mention I set him up on auto-pay so the checks were being delivered (Never want someone to have to chase me for their pay) bottom line he was paid three months and he came 3 times in three mos. Not what we agreed on. I am not a difficult person, just let me know if you can't make it or if the rules change I can usually be flexible but I hate being taken advantage of and that is what was happening.

The quote and scheduling the work went smoothly. The team was thorough and worked quickly. I will use their services again.

This is my second experience with Figueroa Gardening service. It will not be my last. Their work is excellent. They are prompt, courteous, and friendly. I recommend them highly.
