They were very responsive and available sooner than other companies. They delivered the project on time, were really professional and friendly. I would have just liked a heads up when they planted 2 trees right before a heat wave and I was not home to water them. But overall really satisfied and I would hire them again.

Very professional. It was a pleasure working with Daniel, who provided us with the quote and Caleb, our project manager. Caleb worked closely with us to accommodate the needs of our tenants. All start and expected time lines were met. Hope to use them again for any upcoming projects on other properties.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional. They began the work when promised and completed it within the timeframe they gave me.

Very prompt albeit not the cheapest alternative. They were willing to negotiate the price when asked and scheduled the work very quickly. Execution and finish of the pour was flawless. They would have gotten a 5 Star rating from me across the board but for my needing to remind them twice to remove the concrete debris. Otherwise perfect.

Empire replaced and widened our driveway, and installed a patio in the back yard, all in gray concrete. Most excellent workmanship and finish. The project progressed very quickly, and it would appear Empire is getting at least one other job from the lady across the street. Everyone with Empire was courteous and they left the site clean. Ryan checked in during the demo, etc. and was here during the entire pour.

Professional work and quality. This is a multi-day project. Make sure you understand the steps and timing. They were pretty good explaining that and sticking to the schedule - with only a little push from me. Make sure you ask for a detailed quote so that you understand the specific materials which will be used. We had a few surprises but everything - including the cost worked out fine.
