The lead architect was available for phone consults and would visit the site periodically to check on progress and clear up any design issues that arose during the build.
Description of Work: Ellipsis A+D led the architectural effort for transforming a mid-century 4-plex apartment in Oakland into a modern, "Dwell-worthy" building comprised of 4 condos. The whole building remodel included sound deadening and fire proofing as required for condo conversion projects, entirely new bamboo and natural honed stone flooring, entirely new wall surfaces, new bathrooms, kitchens, Ipe decking, and all appurtenances and finishes.
