Working with Elisa was an absolute joy. She's smart and organized and really on top of her game. Our "short" sale purchase was anything but short, but Elisa made the process as easy as possible and definitely went the extra mile for us. We would have been lost without her. We will certainly use her for all our future real estate needs and are planning to recommend her to all our friends.

We finally got our tenant out of my Dad's house(he passed away years before)and needed to get the house on the market fast, as the market was beginning to tank. We had fixed up much of the mess, but needed someone to hold our hand and guide us through getting the house ready for market without spending too much money. She helped make a punch list of things that needed to be done and made sure it was done properly. She got all the report and inspections done it no time. The best thing that Elisa did was be really honest about not asking too much and being stuck in a rapidly declining market. Luckily we took her advice and took the only offer we got, a good one, just before the bottom fell out. We would still be trying to sell the house now, for a lot less. I highly recommend her and would use her again and refer her to friends and family.
